General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Voltares Consulting GmbH and its customers.

§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all current and future business relationships. Deviating, contradicting, or supplementary General Terms and Conditions shall only become part of the contract if and insofar as we have expressly agreed to their validity.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

Our offers are non-binding. A contract is only concluded through our written order confirmation or through the execution of the service.

§ 3 Services

The type and scope of services to be provided result from the respective order confirmation. Changes and additions require written form.

§ 4 Compensation and Payment Terms

The compensation results from the respective order confirmation. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

§ 5 Liability

We are only liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§ 6 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of our company, provided the customer is a merchant.
